Artist's Comments

Probably my most time-consuming work EVER.

The pic is 6000x700 ( :o ), so a full view is obvious. Any question or comments?

Made mainly for Photoshop 7.0, but it is kinda similar to older/newer versions.

Awesome indepth tutorial, a bit too long to read, so I read parts of it. You got some great points covered there. I dont really like the sig you made for an example though. Also, I must disagree about the filter backgrounds. If you know how to use the filters well without too much repetition then you can make a good background.

Well, I was mostly talking about filter backgrounds when compared to brushed BGs. Filter backgrounds can be good, but they seem tutorialish and repetitive in my eyes... The sig I made for this was really quick, although I like it myself... I could do better though :P

Thanks for the comment :D

Well... Yeah... ;>_> But I still prefer brushed backgrounds. The only filters I find useful are Blurs, Sharpen, Distorts, Liquify, Lighting Effects and Clouds.

I dont feel right for using other people's brushes for some reason...
